Will the SCCM pulls all installed software data from end user devices to cmdb tables?

In our case.

Discovery used to pull software data before then switched to SCCM to pull installed software data into cmdb tables.

I have a doubt like will all installed software pulls into the table using SCCM connector or it limits  to only few products?

please confirm.

Also, We have past created and updated data in software installation table using discovery , will that be again pulls into table using SCCM or the system verifies this?

Hello @Priya Bonam, the latest SG-SCCM integration isn't limited to a few products, it will give you a detailed insight into your installed software per device, the quality is based on the SCCM agent settings and software package data. If there is no difference between the old discovery software data and the current SCCM data, only some meta data fields are updated (Last inventory source, inventory data). For any other case a new entry will be created. Please keep in mind to establish a cleanup process for any outdated discovery data which is no longer updated by the discovery software installation data process. This old data can cause incorrect software installation/license balance results

CMDB data correctness is covered by the RTE and IRE - "Data from the SCCM data sources is mapped and transformed into the ServiceNow CMDB Configuration Item (CI) class definitions using the Robust Transform Engine (RTE). Data is inserted into the ServiceNow® CMDB using the Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE)."

Service Graph connector for Microsoft SCCM (3.2.1) (servicenow.com).

Best, Dennis
