Add 'Requested By' as a recipient of email notifications on a GSR.

We've got a GSR that's a 'New Hire Onboarding' request, that can have one individual requesting on behalf of another. When emails are sent through the RITM, the 'Requested By' is not receiving the emails, only the 'Requested For'. How do I add the 'Requested By' to those emails (aside from adding that person to the 'Additional Comments')?
