Hi guys,
I have installed the MIM plugin to one of our customers environments - just testing the process and when I try to open the workbench via the 'View Workbench' UI I get the display shown below. The user has ITIL so it is not a permissions issue. Any ideas?

I needed to 'repair' the plugin - which implies the plugin did not install correctly - but there were no errors first install!

Hi John,
This below article will help make sure you activated dependency plugins and try to refresh the plugins and for workbench service now had a set of plugins for customer workbench .
