Hello
The problem we're having is that the "Allow retake" checkbox on surveys doesn't seem to do anything. I also experimented with various configurations: scheduled vs non scheduled, Anyone vs survey users, Anonymous vs not, in all cases a person could retake the survey as often as they want and each time it creates a new Survey record instead of overwriting their original.
I thought i had it fixed when i set Schedule Period=Only Once. It made it a lot less likely that someone could retake it but sometimes they're able to. I can't figure this out.
Is there a fix other than using business rules and an ACL?
Another thing that I wanted to do was test embedding the survey in an Outlook message but we don't have the plug in enabled. Would this provide any survey taking limits for us if we enabled it?
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks in advance
Rob

It seems that all the issues that I was experiencing were specific to using the generated URL. Once we used the email option instead it fixed the retake issue and also fixed some goofy closing messages when users went to submit the survey.
