PDI is saving Refreshing and I click on start building works correct

I get the instance to open then it saying it is is hibernating and can not wake up. Also long as open the instance before it is stop refreshing then it will be able to be used. I read on the forum to request a new instance but I just rebuild the instance after it was moved to a new data center and I was forced to create a new instance.
Any thoughts or do we have a bigger issue

Yes, better to release this instance ad get a new one. The issue may be due to recent migration of PDI to new DC. Also there is no support available for PDI, so there is no purpose to wait more.
