Remove an item from popular items list in the catalog

I would like to remove one of the generic request items that are listed in the popular items. How would I go about doing this?

Hello @joshmorris

You will need to modify the "sc-category" widget. In the server script there is a method "getPopularItems". This contains the exact query which is being used to determin the popular items. You may need to clone this widget and create your custom query to remove the items.

Do you have any idea of the script needed to remove this?
