Hello,
I've noticed that some users (including myself) are automatically getting assigned the "Alumni" role, and I'm trying to understand why this is happening. Has anyone else experienced this?
A few things I'm trying to figure out:
🔹 What triggers the "Alumni" role assignment?
🔹 Is it linked to inactivity, HR profile status, or some automated rule?
🔹 Where can I check logs or configurations that might explain this behavior?
If you've come across this issue or have any insights, I'd really appreciate your help!

The Alumni role is being assigned by a Client Role Rule. The Client Role Rule has the role associated with it and the conditions referring to the field changes.

Hello,
could you try to run offboarding process for some employee (end his contract), maybe then he gets that role.
