There is one affected user when the list view load in a customized workspace, the "State" column is hiding.
This happens only in specific sys_ux_list.
The other list are ok, it shows the "State" in the column but not on this specific sys_ux_list.
But the configuration is the same across all ux list:
UX List "All" with no "State" in the column:
While "Open" UX List has the "State" in the column:
There is one affected user only. I cannot find the issue, there is no created record from sys_ui_list under this user's name.

Could you check whether you can see the dot symbol on the personalised button for the specific user, as shown in the screenshot below? If the dot symbol is present, it indicates that the list has been personalised for that user. I can also see that a corresponding record has been created in the sys_ui_list table for that specific user when modifications are done.
