Enforce email format/template for manually created emails

When sending an email from the SOW using this tool we need to enforce specific formatting to make sure we have consistent branding (border color, specific links to the portal at the bottom, etc.):

the closest option I have found so far is to create email templates, with obvious places for users to enter their text, for each record type in sys_email_client_template

I found the page and image below. This is what I'm looking for. That the branding is auto-added to the email compose template before I start editing - or maybe they clicked on a response template? I don't want everyone creating email response templates and having to add the branding every time. If there could be a template auto-added like on additional comments email noifications sent to the customer, that would be great.

if you set your templates to be all the non-branded and non-record specific pieces, they can use the template to fill in those pieces into the branding you set previously

Where would I set the branding then? The current email layout isn't applied to the "email" section; it's only applied to additional comments/work notes, etc. Is there a way to link the current email layout to the "email" section on Service Operations Workplace?

 

Our current branding is located here: Email notification uses email template which uses email layout. Email layout looks like below

Did you mention the tables correctly?

do you mean this one? sys_email_client_template - I am able to create templates here which I can manually apply to workplace email and manually update as needed. 

 

What I am after is branding automatically added to users don't need to manually add a specific template to their email. We have a range of staff who are and will use different response templates, I don't want to manually add the branding to them all. 

if they have specific criteria as to when to use the specific layout, did you try setting the conditions in the email client template?
