how i can find and configure the list layout for the child incidents

Where i can update the list layout for this?

Hi @DebasisP47 ,

 

1) Open the record in classic UI.

2) Go to related list and click on 3 dots from there open list layout:

3) Change the view to service operation workspace and add requried columns to right side.

Steps

1) go to native and configure the list layout for that related list

2) it should reflect in workspace

Configure List Layout:

Right-click on the Child Incidents related list header
Select: "Configure" > "List Layout"
Choose columns you want to display:

Number
Short Description
State
Priority
Assignment Group
Assigned To
Created
Updated


Drag and drop to reorder columns
Click: "Save"
