Hello All,
I want to show the interactions module present in the service operation workspace only to particluar group>
also the new interaction i want to show it to the same group users only.
How i can achieve it?

that's correct.
If you keep roles in your audience then that takes precedence and hence to clear that.

ACl works fine but is there any other possibility to hide the create interaction ?

The solution i tried also the related list to include the user criteria is not visible on the sys_ux_applicability even after removing the roles.

I found the issue the property was not true thats the issue.
"glide.ux.user_criteria_enabled". this needs to be true.
