How to add and remove lists applications and modules from fso workspace list

Hello Team,
I have created one custom app called scams and i am using member,contact these all tables and also i have created some modules inside the application.

Now what i want inside fso workspace i want this application to be visible in the list along with the modules i have created.

Also i want to hide the unwanted oob lists and modules it shows.

How i can achieve this @Ankur Bawiskar ?

if you are talking about this in left nav then create UX Category and then UX list under that category

ensure you add correct audiences to those list
