How to Show the declarative action only on Service operation workspace

Hello Team,

I have created one Declarative action for incident table i want to show that declarative action only on Service operation workspace.

If i check the checkbox Enable for all configurable workspaces it is visible in my Service operation workspace otherwise it is not visible in Service operation workspace.
I want it to only show in Service operation workspace how to achieve it?

No it wont, already explained, you are specifying the view.

You can open any other workspace like HR or CSM or SIR and open the incident from any related record or just copy the url from sow after "/sow" and you wont see your button in other workspaces.

Yes i read your previous post as well but if i have a custom workspaces which uses the service operation workspace view in future it will be a problem right?

yes and that should be avoided.

If you have any custom workspace, the view should be either custom or agent workspoace view not SOW view.

okay got it so whenever we create custom workspace we should use our custom view as well correct?
