Hello Team,

I have created one Declarative action for incident table i want to show that declarative action only on Service operation workspace.

If i check the checkbox Enable for all configurable workspaces it is visible in my Service operation workspace otherwise it is not visible in Service operation workspace.
I want it to only show in Service operation workspace how to achieve it?

@Ankur Bawiskar  any idea?

Regards,

Debasis

Even then i have a question how come the out of box "resolve" Declarative action is visible without selecting enable for all configurable workspaces?
why if i disable the button it wont show up my declarative action?

@Debasis Pati

If you Enable it for all then it will be visible in all workspaces OOTB and Custom as well.

The field message clearly says that.

Yes Ankur,

You are correct it clearly says it will be visible on all workspaces as no workspace uses the sow view it will be visible only in service operation workspace but i still feel this is not best practice for restricting and controlling the workspace something is there what i am missing from this can you please guide little to only show in the sow?

Refer : https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1811593

Go to the section "Declarative Actions for configurable workspace" .

I don't think there is any harm in enabling for all workspaces ( as even SN article suggest this) but you can follow the other route.

Hope this helps!
