I want to add custom agent assist icon in the Service operations workspace

Hi All,
I have already try to create the new agent assist icon in the side panel of service operations workspace but didn't work the configurations as expected 
Could anyone please provide the correct step by step process to create new agent assist icon in the SOW side panel

Thank you for sharing the reference documents. However, they are related to different functionality in SOW within the agent assist, I have to create new icon in the SOW side panel, similar to the agent assist icon functionality.
