Issue with Auto Refresh SOW list view.

Hello Experts,

 

We have a requirement to auto-refresh the SOW list after updating any record on it. We tried enabling the glide.lists.live_list_enabled system property, but this only shows the count of updated records; it doesn't auto-refresh. The user still needs to manually click the refresh button, but the client wants it to auto-refresh.

Hi @Ashish Parab 

As far as i recall, Auto refresh on lists never worked in workspaces. I vaguely remember submitting an idea with ServiceNow a year ago. 

 

You may open a support case with ServiceNow.

This sounds like a known issue (PRB1919567) that occurred with the Yokohama upgrade from the "List Bundle SNC" page introduced starting with SOW ITSM v6.1 (sn_sow_itsm_cont). A fix is currently planned for v8.2 of the sn_sow_itsm_cont application. If this is your issue Support may be able to provide a workaround or you can wait until v8.2 is available. v8.1 is the current most recent version.
