The On-Call Bulk Onboarding button is not appearing on the Teams page in Service Operations Workspace. The documentation states it should appear when the required plugins are installed and the rota_admin role is assigned. I have both. However, the bulk onboarding plugin does not exist in my plugin list — not in Installed, not in Available for you. I am using the latest PDI. The alternative navigation path (On-Call Scheduling > Bulk onboarding setup > Excel Upload) also does not exist."

I have looked at the plugins, the oncall bulk plugin does not exist when I query.
I have also ensured I had the rota_admin role.
I have also attempted to navigate through using: On-Call Scheduling > Bulk onboarding setup > Excel Upload
Where is this oncall bulk onboarding wizard????
I am also attempting to duplicate the oncall schedules for 2 support groups since they are the same rosters with the same oncall schedules.
