Currently, the SOW alert record for a customer instance does not display a tab.
The customer is expected to work with the Playbook in the Playbook tab of the SOW to resolve the issue.
I created a Playbook based on the PDI em_alert table and validated it on a real machine.
As a result, the Playbook tab was visible in the Washington version, but disappeared after upgrading to Xanado.
For both customer instances and PDIs, a playbook tab is displayed for records other than em_alert (For example, the incident table).
So I have two questions.
・As an OOTB condition that Playbook tabs can be displayed in community articles, "! =em_alert". Can I see the OOTB playbook tab in the alerts table?
・Also, was the condition added from Xanado? Washington ver. The mystery that came out in.

The incident table automatically displays the Playbook tab when a playbook is linked to a record, but is the Alert table different?

not all OOB tables have the playbook tab configured for them in Workspace.
You can use the link I shared above to configure and show the tab for Alert table.

I saw the article, is this a method that can be used in SOW?
It looked like a way to create a new WorkSpace.
Also, I would like to avoid customization and develop according to OOB, but is this method recommended by ServiceNow?
On another note, I found the following community article. In OOB, I understood that tabs cannot be displayed in the Alert table in SOW, but what do you think?
