hello community,
why is a REQ „Approval = Approved“ and „Request state = approved“, although the RITM is not approved yet, meaning there is also no SCTASK yet.
how is that possible?
can you please clarify me?
thank you so much in advance

There is an out of box workflow named Service Catalog Request that runs on the sc_request table when a record is created. This workflow marks the REQ record as approved. RITM records are typically not created until the REQ is approved. The Request approval state is not meant to reflect a summary of the RITM approval(s) as one RITM could be approved and another rejected, but the REQ itself will remain active and approved until all RITMs are closed.
