I have NEW button available to those with the Admin role in our service operations workspace for the Tasks list. This button is not available for those with the ITIL role and I would like to enable that for the ITIL role. Please see the attached images.
What configurations changes do I make so that this button is available to obht Admin and ITIL roles?
Thanks
Rick

Hi @rwagoner ,
Check the configurations at below two locations.
1) UI Builder: Where the list is created. See attachment below.
2) List actions under Declarative actions: Open that new button record and check that is added under action exclusion if yes please remove.
Thanks,
Pradeep

I came across another option that I think has worked. I was able to to create an access control from the task table. See the screenshot. This provided a resolution to my problem.
However, I have also tested your solution in my DEV environment and that would also work.
Thanks for the guidance!
