Hey All,
We have Email templates that are trigered at certain events. e.g. incident assigned to agent. When the email goes to the agent, there is a button within it that they click on and it takes them to the incident which opens in the native view.
We would like to change that to open in the Service Operations Workspace view instead. Im not good at scripting so i was asking if its possible and if so, anyone have any recommendations on where and what to add within the script?
I have attached our current script which takes the agent to the native view.
