I have a product offering catalog, I want to view it on service portal.

I have created a new category as per my project needs which do not fall under any of the OOTB service catalogs. How can i attach the product offering  category to service portal and also how can i reuse my product offering to display on service portal for ordering .?

Can i attach the catalog that i created as "Product Offering Catalog", I am not able to search this catalog for ordering in portal.

yes you can attach from related list in portals

Hello @MalayanurKR 

As per my understanding, you have created a new catalog item and category and attached this category to the catalog item. You are still not able to see the catalog item. 

Please make sure the Hide on Service Portal field is unchecked.

How do i integrate SOMT catalog to service portal catalog and show SOMT catalog on SP ?

Hello @MalayanurKR 

Follow these steps to integrate SOMT catalog to service portal and show SOMT catalog on SP:

1. Navigate to ALL -> Service Portal -> Portals
2. Open the Service Portal record
3. Open the Catalogs section in form related list
4. Click on Edit and add the SOMT catalog to service portal.

After clicking on edit button:

Add the new SOMT catalog along with Service Catalog.
