Hi,
What is the recommended solution for adding a second language for the Service Portal ?
1. Create a second Service Portal with different suffix
2. Translate individual field labels and values (require login to identify language of user)
3. Use a language switch widget in the Service Portal
Since we want the portal to be accessed public with no need to login I assume alternative 1 or 3 would be recommended.
The users have different domain suffix, and origin from a different ISP (hence different public IP).
Thanks for any help!
Regards,
Roar

Hi,
The recommended option is to use the language switch widget. User could either switch languages as required or you could defaultone based on user settings. This will reduce the effort involved in setting up and maintaining another portal in the instance.
Thanks!
