Approval Summarizer edit

We would like to edit Approval Summarizer(Formatter) to remove the description field.   How can this be done?

You'd need to edit the approval summarizer for the table in question and remove the description field. Which table are you concerned with? Here's a reference:

Thanks Brad!  For sys_approval_approver table.   Better yet is there a way to restrict the description to roled users?

The approval summarizier usually gives a summary of the record that is being approved (like change request or requested item), not the actual approval table. What is the approval for?

Hello Brad,

This is approval for a catalog item locked down only to managers, but has some non managers in the approval group so I want to restrict the description to only users with the manager role.
