Assessment from custom applications

Hello,

I have a customer requirement to implement a custom application where end assessments will be shared with over 3000 users. Their responses will then need to be calculated to identify any gaps and findings.

I'm not sure what the best solution is for implementing this. Should I use an out-of-the-box survey application and trigger assessments from the custom application, or do I need to implement assessment logic from scratch in my custom app?

Hi,

As per my knowledge Survey is supported only in Global Scope. So technically you may not be able to use the Survey. You need to find alternative way to trigger Survey or create your own logic.

Thanks for your reply, I am able to create an assessment instance record from my custom application, but I'm not sure if it's considered best practice.

I haven't been able to find any documentation regarding best practices for custom applications and assessments.

And the other part of the requirement is to process the assessment response to find out gaps. Is there a way of doing it?
