My Asset Manager had a call with AT&T about an offering they have for integrations for mobile device management.
The base of the call as it was told to me is:
At&T offers a catalog item for ServiceNow that can be maintain via the AT&T interface my Asset folks use today.
Apparently through the AT&T portal they can customize the ServiceNow catalog offerings and via XML, information is sent back and forth to/from AT&T..
This would handle mobile devices, activation plans, disconnects, etc .
I wanted to learn more about this and a quick search of AT&T turns up very little other than the eBond for incidents.
If there is someone using a AT&T catalog item process, I'd like to know what vendor implemented this for you? OR I'd like to have a short conversation and learn more.

Thanks Chris,
I wanted to send a PM, but I always have navigation issues on the forum. I can't find how to send you a P.
I will forward your information to the equipment group, who was looking for this development.

Mark,
In January, Perspectium created a portfolio of vendor integrations for SIAM that work hand-in-hand with each vendor's requirements to send and receive data through their chosen technology, while giving the customer complete control of what data is shared from or consumed into their ServiceNow instance. We can automate this with any eBonds you have with AT&T.
Lets discuss.

Hi Mark,
We are in the process of gathering information for this same project. Any information, tips, or suggestion that we could use to help us start this project effectively?
Thanks in advance.
Regards
