ATF- How to open to related list( change task) while testing change management flow

While testing the change management flow how to open the related list change task in the change request .

you will have to use Record Query step on that related list table

Then open any 1 record from that in next step

Actually I  already used the Record query and selected table change request and in condition i gave the sysid of the last  step but it is failing the test case stating that With a failure timeout of 5 Seconds.
