Banner image issue

I've updated my banner image and it works fine, however when you collapse the banner to make it smaller it shows an X as the banner. Is this a different image?

That's where you collapse the banner

go to a link like this:

https://<your instance>.service-now.com/images/logos/small_logo.gifx

In my instance, this is the image used instead of the logo when I collapse the banner.

I found that out by right clicking on the image and selecting "inspect element" ( in IE )

That said, I have no idea how to get the correct image in there.   I looked in "System UI" -> Images, but its not there.

Perhaps a quick call to S/N support can help.

Hi Darrell,

I think you are asking about a icon which is located beside the banner image, after collapse if you hover over that icon   it will show the version of   service now.

Let me know if I am wrong.

Screen shots much appreciated.

Thanks,

Farukh

Sorry, maybe I didn't explain correctly. I put a new image in and the image shows fine. But when I click the arrow to make the banner/image smaller it makes the image go away and displays a black X See below:

find_real_file.png

Hover over that Black X icon and check is there any information about service now is showing or not.

Check it out:

Could please tell me which service now version you are using?

Thanks,

Farukh

Your hoovering over your new banner image and the "powered by servicenow HEAD fuji" displayed, however you believe is incorrect? Am I understanding this correctly?
