Fixed filter on workspaces

OneNote hyperlink within Knowledge Article

Within a Knowledge Article, is it possible to create a hyperlink to a OneNote notebook or section? If so, how? When I've attempted it, I either get only plain text (no hyperlink) or an 'empty' hyperlink that doesn't link to anything. Thank you.
