We have a use case where we need to upload over 4000 knowledge articles into ServiceNow. These articles are currently in Microsoft Word (.docx) format and need to be uploaded using a specific knowledge article template that we’ve already created.
We explored the Out-of-the-Box "Import Articles" feature available on the Knowledge homepage. However, this option does not allow us to apply our custom template during the import process.
We’re looking for the best approach to achieve the following:
- Bulk upload Word documents as knowledge articles.
- Ensure each article is created using our custom template (not the default one).
- Automate or streamline the process as much as possible due to the volume.
Has anyone implemented a similar solution or can suggest the most efficient way to handle this?
