Hello,
Our search function is malfunctioning, and we have been unable to determine the root cause. We are seeking suggestions.
When we search for a keyword, the response shows there are hits, but the display fails to reveal any details of the search results. It appears to be a JavaScript issue, but I am uncertain about the troubleshooting steps.

Is the display set to show all of the tables, or is it restricted to, let's say, 'incidents'. And with no incidents, it doesn't show you anything.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

Thanks @Mark Manders. The issues was finally resolved by ServiceNow support. This was on a PoC instance and hence I haven't bothered to understand how it was fixed for now. But will find out at some point and share.
