Can I integrated third party chat bot with servicenow chat window

Hi All,
We have a third party chat bot and we need to integrate it with servicenow. Below is the problem statement.
We have a table "live_message" in ServiceNow which we can expose via REST API and make it available for third party. This third party tool will then keep on updating the conversation in the table. Once the user feels that he wants to talk to a person from servicenow he should be able to seamlessly switch from this third party chat bot to servicenow chat bot while still maintaining the context and also the chat should automatically route to correct queue. Please suggest if this can be accomplished.
