Can knowledge articles be related to REQ, RITM, or TASK records?

In Incidents we have Related Search Results which searches the knowledge bases and the Service Catalog for helpful items which can then be attached or marked as helpful. Can this be done to REQ, RITM, or TASK records? The Service Desk would like to attach a knowledge article if it helped them fulfill the request.

Hi Emily
You will need to set up a new Table Configuration for the REQ/RITM/TASK table(s) and then add the Short Description and Contextual Search Results using Configure Form Layout.
