Can you install AI related plugins on the lab instance for Now Learning?

When I try to install plugins in Now Assist within the lab instance I got after registering for Now Learning, I receive an error. I get brought to the ServiceNow Store and I try to get any of the following:

Now Assist for HR Service Delivery

Now Assist for Field Service Management

Now Assist for IT Service Management

Now Assist for Customer Service Management

First it says, when trying to 'Login via SSO' - I can't login with this ServiceNow ID.

Then if I try 'Are you a customer who doesn't have ServiceNow ID?' - enter my email, verification code I received, and the instance name (which I got in a separate email when I registered for the Now Learning training), I get the error: 'The instance name you entered is invalid'

Is it possible to install AI plugins on a lab instance? If so what steps am I doing wrong?

Thanks!

No @PANTester mate, you cant install. SN Now Learning provide separate learning course for these , so in that labs you will get the plugins pre installed.

Now Assist for HR Service Delivery

Now Assist for Field Service Management

Now Assist for IT Service Management

Now Assist for Customer Service Management

@PANTester ,

Basically you cant install store apps in PDI or any Lab instances ( when you unroll to this Trainings the lab instances gets loaded with all the plugins related to this)

In order to get installed you need to Install this on your subscribed instance that is client instance, you can install on lower instance and test the functionality

Let me know if you need any more information
