cant find OOB related list relationship entries

screenshot is example related list on change request record.

i've read about system definition/ relationships but do not see the corresponding entries for the related list circled below also know  as incident.rfc  - i can not find "incidents pending change" anywhere, where is this defined? i tried looking in other 'related list' tables to no avail. obviously something is driving the name for this list, just haven't sniffed out where it is. thank you!

In few words, check the related list 'Incident -> Change Request' which have the label as Incidents Pending Change.

thanks for the direction but i've looked in these areas and not finding the entry that corresponds to the related list on Change record called Incidents Pending Change. @Alberto Consonni  was on track with the 'Incident -> Change Request'  but i cant find this in the Relationships listing or otherwise dont know where it is actually defined (how or where does it get the label "incidents pending change" ?

the reason i'm searching for this was so that i could see what drives it as i need to create something similar to this on Story records so that i can link them to Incident records (thusly, a story or stories that is spawned by an Incident)  thanks again
