Adjust ACL on the cmdb_ci table.

Remove the itil role from the OOTB Write ACL. Please note you need to elevate privilage first:

In the user menu top right. Click elevate roles. then you get this:

find_real_file.png

Go to the ACL and change it:find_real_file.png

Hi willem,

I adjusted the roles in acls to remove all asset role to cmdb_ci acl but still the user is able to edit the ci ,i am unable to find what is the root cause that is helping the user to edit the cmdb ci's .

Hi Satya,

Is this still an issue? If so, can you check if there are multiple ACL's on cmdb_ci in your instance?

Kind regards,

Willem
