create custom survey on my own table records

hi friends...

i have not used SN survey earlier. how to create custom servey with my own/custom table i created.. it has many records.... but i want to survey for certain records now..

help is higly appreciated.

Lets say, someone wants to evaluate how each team, like Finance, HR , IT are performing with in an organization against the same set of questions, Finance, HR and IT would be the assessable records and the assessments for these assessable records can be sent to the same person or different people. The questions can vary a little bit as well based on the assessable record.

The above assessment can be done on the OOB Table - core_company. But you can create the assessment on any table (including custom table). Please find the below snapshots.

Hi Jagadeesh,

I would recommend using new Assessment instead of the Legacy Survey. Assessment, Quiz, and Surveys are similar and they internally use the same framework. You can create an assessment on any tables (including Custom tables).

i go through Assessment... it is new so i did not get it fully..... can you explain what is assessible record ... how custom table can be used ?
