Creating a HTML table in the article body of the knowledge form

Am trying to create a knowledge article form and I want to put a HTML table in the article body so we can get standard questions asked on how the support team can triage tickets for the various engineering teams. I have tried writing HTML code or copying form a document in word. either way I don't get the table. Can anyone tell me how I should proceed.

Regards

Hello,

Expose the template bar:

find_real_file.png

Then click on "Create new one"

find_real_file.png

Give your template a name and add a field for "Article Body" where you will put your HTML code for the table:

find_real_file.png

NOTE: these templates are NOT Knowledge-->Article Template

You can instead find them in: System Definition-->Templates (as a matter a fact if you already have one for the KB you won't see the "Create a new one" link and instead you will have to go here and click on new

find_real_file.png

By following this and using the template bar finally got it working now to work out how to add check boxes

Hello Mark,

Are you looking to add check-boxes to the article body or to the form?

What use for them did you have in mind? If you can elaborate I can try to help.

Maybe start another post for this btw.
