Hi all,
We are looking for the best solution/options for creating KB articles from OneNote entries without doing it manually. This group has hundreds of OneNote entries that need to be added as KB articles. The only option we have for export from OneNote is XML. Has anyone else attempted this? Any feedback/support will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Jonathan

I don't think much has changed since I had to do something similar a few years so here's what I did.
In order to get your information from OneNote to ServiceNow, you need to export the entries as a .docx file using the desktop application. Then you can import them into ServiceNow using various methods.
Below is a community article outlining the various ways to import articles into ServiceNow once you have the OneNote entries exported. Keep in mind, if those entries have images, some import options will work and some won't.

Of course, you can create a custom integration between ServiceNow and OneNote using the OneNote API, but if this is just a one time import it probably isn't worth the level of effort it's take to get it all up and running.

Thank you very much, Monique. When I try to export the notebook, I only get .pdf, .xps, .mht and .onepkg as available file types.
Thanks,
Jonathan
