Disable CC of Notifications

I am trying to disable ALL notifications for a specific user.  I have disabled notifications via the user record, but the user in question is still receiving CC emails.  

 

is there a way to disable this?

Hi @Jason Stuart ,

 

An easy way to do this is just impersonate the user and go to settings > Notification Preferences > Allow Notifications <Turn off>.
