Hi
We would like to create a separeted Knowledge Base for an individual User Group. The members of this Group are only Requesters in the subscription Level of the Servicenow Plattform.
I can configure user criteria for read access and contribute access. Do this members need an subscription license?
What happens with the reviewer and publisher action? Do this Users need an fulfiller license?
Thanks for help, Marcel

Hi Marcel,
The advice we recieved from ServiceNow was;
Users can be granted the 'knowledge' role via a requester license, allowing them access to create and edit content.
To review and publish content a user would need the knowledge manager role, which requires a fulfiller license.
