Hello,
We noticed that in the header of outbound emails we have the following headers:
X-ServiceNow-Source: Notification-***SYS_ID***
X-ServiceNow-SysEmail-Version: 2
What's the purpose of these headers?
Is there a way to remove them?
I searched in the Doc but could not find any information related to them.
Thank you in advance for any reply.

Hi,
These headers are useful for ServiceNow as well as other applications. Emails can be filtered out based on the headers.
Also as mentioned by Tomasz it is helpful while debugging email notifications.

Hi,
those are standard headers. I don't think there should be a need to remove them. The notification sys_id header can be quite helpful for debugging purposes or when additional custom logic has to be built.
