Error: "Can't display this dashboard" – Cybersecurity Executive Dashboard v2.4.3

Hi Community,

I have installed the Cybersecurity Executive Dashboard plugin (current version: 2.4.3). However, when I try to access the dashboard through the "Cybersecurity Executive Dashboard" module from the Application Navigator, I encounter the following error:

"Can't display this dashboard."

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, 

Can you access it through dashboards - all? Is anyone able to see it? 
Are you viewing this through a classic UI or on workspace - if workspace does that workspace have any updates required?

Hello Hanna_G,

"Cybersecurity Executive Dashboard" is not visible in the dashboards.
