Yes, you can upload Choices into the sys_choice table using an Import Set:   Import sets

You'll set up a Data Source and a Transform Map and then upload the sheet into an Import Set, then run a transform to move the data into the sys_choice table.

Responding back, as I see this does not have an accepted answer.

I think we need a bit more information, as it appears you still haven't been able to figure it out.  

If this is still an issue:   Could you upload some screenshots of the specific drop-down lists that you're trying to populate.   That way we can provide specific instructions on how to ease the entry of the Choices (provided we can).
