Can anyone tell why there is limit to only small roles to search?

 

How we can enable for users who have no role?

That is a role restriction box, so if you want to open it up to more roles, I believe if you just remove all roles listed there, it would work for them.

You'd have to test that and see.

Yes i tested it, and it works for everyone if i delete the roles.

Questions was what is the benefit of just providing only selected roles in that text box OOB by servicenow

you dont have to remove all the comma seperated list. Add 'public' word to the comma seperated list there.

Something like this

itil,text_search_admin,admin,public
