If you want to remove an account here, you can click on the header menu Feedback and send a request like this or write directly an email to community@servicenow.com, they will take care of it:

Please note that ONLY user with admin role is able to delete an existing account.
If your user has admin role, then follow these steps:
- go to User Administration >> Users menu
- select your second account from the list
- press command Delete
See image below.
