Wonderful! So simple. You touched on a topical issue. I would appreciate if you'd written about how to merge some files online. I know a good online service I used before. I've found AltoMerge - online service for files merging. It's pretty easy to use. You can find it here http://www.altomerge.com/

Hi Cory,
A bit late, but have you tried this?
ServiceNow Test Dummy: Embed PDF files in KB articles
Worked nicely for me.
Hope that helps

Hey Good morning Russell,
Thank you for providing the link. When I followed your instructions to add a row to the sys_embed_object table, the pdf never rendered in the article. Have you attempted to implement this in Helsinki or am I missing something.
Thanks a lot
Ernie

Russell, I have followed your steps in Helsinki, unfortunately it doesn't work. The pdf will not get rendered after publish - it gets automatically removed from the source code when I look back to the published article.
