I wanted the email option to appear when on a catalog task the same way that it does for incident.

I'm looking through the documentation on the new doc site and not finding where it says how to turn on the functionality for other tables besides Incident. sadly the docs state that by default it is turned on for Incident but then doesnt direct where to turn this on for other tables.
