When logging a new requested item through the service portal - the 'due date' is automatically set to a value (about 5 days out).
where is this set and how can I change the default?

You wouldn't also happen to know what schedule the Service Catalog uses - ie: How i define what the business day is for my customer (like 8-5:30)?

This thread explains how to use a schedule as we don't have an out of the box field that we could just set Set Due Date based on schedule
