Dear all,
I am actually trying to use the Master Incident app in ServiceNow and I am desperately trying to setup conference call for a demo case.
I have activated following plugin :
- com.snc.notify
- com.snc.on_call_rotation
But for some reason the Conference Call tab is not appearing in the Major incident WorkBench
Does anyone could help to know what I am missing ?

The solution was to set the system hidden property
com.snc.iam.notify_number with my twilio number

go un the related lists link of the master incident and add Conference Calls.

I have open a major incident but I could not find the related list your are talking.
Could you please send a screen shot on what to add and where to find ?

I don't know exactly which table are you referring, anyway, I can add the section Conference Calls on Incident and Major Issue...both, simply right clicking on the header > Configure > Related Lists and add the Conference Calls related list (see images below).
In my own instance, it works, please check it carefully and let me know!
